  27.         It is our opinion that no matter how well software is written, if
  28.         it is not supported, it is no good.  At Motor City Software we think
  29.         we offer some of the best support available anywhere!

  31.         If you have ANY problems with this software package, or any of our
  32.         other packages, please contact us. I doubt you will find anyone who
  33.         will tell you that we didn't go out of our way to help them when
  34.         they needed it.

  36.         Rod Hancock is available on a full time basis to answer any questions
  37.         or help in any way possible. There is also a voice phone support line
  38.         available 9am to 5pm EST, Mon-Fri. The number is listed below.

  40.         You can also contact any of the support sites listed, and your messages
  41.         will be forwarded to Rod.

  43.         While registered users will have priority, we DO support unregistered
  44.         users as well. Afterall, we cannot expect you to register something
  45.         which you cannot get working on your system! So before you give up and
  46.         delete the file, please contact us!

  48.         Turnaround time on support issues is usually very quick, although
  49.         sometimes it takes a little longer to solve some problems.
  50.  
  51.         Please take the time to register, as this is what funds our support
  52.         expenses, and sometimes they can be quite high. The more you support
  53.         us, the better we can support you.
